AerGen respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the service to do the same. We will respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

Filing a DMCA Notice

To submit a takedown notice, send a written communication that includes:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with the URL.
• Your contact information (address, phone, email).
• A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act.

Counter-Notice

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with similar required information.

Repeat Infringers

We will terminate accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
